What brand do you think is the best? What is the difference between sunblock and sunscreen? What is SPF and what all these numbers stand for?

30+ (there is nothing that they can legally post higher than that now, as anything above 30 is misleading). For moderate sun I can also use those that are 18 - 22 SPF, if I do not plan to keep him outside too long.
